What is iBend

iBend is the most advanced and comprehensive software for 3D simulation and offline programming of press brakes. Offline programming enables optimum utilization of machine capacities and is compatible with all common press brakes. Thus, the software can be used across manufacturers.

The entire machine park and the tool library can be mapped in the software and is available during the programming process for compiling the NC program.

Automatic bending sequence according to your wishes

Using intelligent algorithms, the software determines the optimal bending sequence for your components, whereby different preferences can be selected.

Exact Setback values and automatic processing

iBend calculates the exact Setback values and enables automated processing of components. The scrap is thus reduced to a minimum.

3D collosion test

incl. detection of special geometries and holes near the bending zone

The 3D collision check integrated into the programming and simulation process already indicates problems during programming and thus reduces the need for sample parts and rejects. Bolts, gills, forming, welding nuts and other special geometries are detected. In addition, holes near the bending zone are indicated.

Automatic programming of Fingerstops

The Fingerstops are automatically programmed by the software according to your preferences.

Automatic tool selection

iBend automatically selects the tools for the manufacturing process from your personalized tool library.
